Delete your Air Calling account

How to request deletion

1. Email support@arhamfintech.ai from the email address on your Air Calling account, with the subject "Delete my account".
2. In the email, include the mobile number you registered with, so we can find the account.
3. We confirm it is you (we may reply with a question or ask you to confirm), then delete the account.

We complete deletion within 30 days of confirming your request, and we tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account, workspace and team members' access.
• Your contacts and records, agents, scripts and knowledge, API keys and webhook settings.
• Call transcripts, summaries, extracted data and recording links.
• Your wallet and its balance.

What we may keep

• Payment and tax records that the law requires us to keep, for the period required.
• Limited security and fraud-prevention logs, for a short period.

Delete only some of your data

You can ask us to delete specific contacts or call data without closing your account. Use the same email address and say what you want removed. Your team can also delete a contact, with all their records and stored call data, through the API.

If you received a call

If an Air Calling AI agent called you on behalf of a business and you want your number removed, email us with the phone number and we will help or pass your request to that business. You can also tell the caller during the call that you do not want to be called again.
